During the consultation, we will cover:

Visual Site Inspection
We will assess your site and consider the implications for your renovation project, from any resource consents required and council restrictions which may apply, to how the proposed alterations may impact the existing structures, and associated health and safety issues.

Project requirements
We will discuss your vision and expectations, and look at any design plans you may already have. If you do not have concept plan, we can discuss arranging architects and engineers for you. We will establish the brief and the scope of work required - as well as ultimately assisting you in determining if your ideas – and any concept plans - are realistic and achievable.

Process and timing – we can commence within 4 weeks of meeting with you*.
We will provide you with a clear, step-by-step outline of our renovations process and the way Certified Renovations works. We cover all aspects of the renovation, no matter how small, so you are clear about what will be done, how it will be done and the time frames involved. We can offer the ability to commence the project within 4 weeks of the initial consultation.

*Subject to terms and conditions - consented final plans, completed contract, deposit, subject to the scale of the project (scope of works) and requirements.
