The childcare centre required more space.  After the clients purchased the neighbouring property, Certified Renovations were approached to undertake the extension and renovation of the two properties.

The two existing houses had an extension added to link the two together.  With 38 preschoolers in the existing childcare facility, project mangement, health and safety and preplanning of this renovation was a top priority for the clients and parents of the children.

One house was totally stripped inside, kitchen and bathroom facilities were added.  The two properties were fully landscaped.  Extensive decking was added, as well as a childrens playground.

We were all extremely satisfied with the renovation, and it was a pleasure to see the children enjoying their new facilities.
