An original condition bungalow was in desperate need of a complete renovation.  The house was completely stripped to its shell.

With new wiring, insulation, rimu polished flooring, wall linings, architraves, skirting, doors and walls - it effectively was a complete remodel.  By adding an extension to the rear of the house, this provided space for a new kitchen, master bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

Externally, adding a large kwila deck provided the space to capture the evening sun (great for entertaining).  The house was also reclad to modernise the exterior.
