This 1970's home was owned by a growing family and really required more space.  Adding a new double garage provided the platform for the stunning new deck, taking advantage of the fantastice views of the Hauraki Gulf.  This also created a natural indoor/outdoor flow.

By renovating and extending the upstairs, we created two bedrooms and a new bathroom for the growing children.

The result is a custom built home that truly fits their needs and their lifestyle.
