An old villa was run down and badly in need of renovation.  All the internal walls, linings, floor coverings and ceiling were completely removed - stripping the interior of the house.  A new floor plan, with a full restructre of the layout of the house, resulted in three new bedrooms all with double wardrobes, a new master bedroom with walk in wardrobe and ensuite.

A major extension provided space for a large, modern kitchen and family area with an informal lounge, leading through to a new TV room and study.

Excavating provided the space for a new double garage with internal access, laundry and workshop.  The deck with matching veranda was added, all designed to maintain the character and style of the new home.
