How does it work?
The two key structures we use are our ‘work in process’ quality assurance system, developed to maintain and enhance best practice building standards, and our peer reviewed ‘site mystery shopping’ quality control program. This involves the random, unannounced assessment of any given project (at any time!) – designed to guarantee quality control is addressed as a constant methodology, from a day-to-day perspective, rather than just as singular evaluation on project completion.
