Owned by a young couple looking to rent the property out, this run down two-storey townhouse was in need of some serious TLC. To make this happen, we completely overhauled the interior, re-gibbing and wiring, adding an immaculate, new high-end kitchen and bathroom, extending the living area with a brand new deck, adding finishing touches with glass hand railings on staircases and a fresh, modern interior paint.
Our clients loved it so much they can’t bear to rent it out. They still live there!

Russ, Jen and the entire crew were an absolute pleasure to work with! They came into a flood damaged home, with half walls missing and have worked alongside us to create a modern and upgraded home to our dreams!
