A major renovation of this 1920s bungalow, modernising and contributing to the existing layout to make it more relevant to modern family life.

The challenge

Two new bedrooms, a brand new kitchen and contemporary bathrooms, a new living space incorporating the old living/dining area and a beautiful deck. We completely rewired, painted and plumbed throughout the home. Our clients needed a clear preliminary budget as they’d had problems with previous plans and scope outside their budget. With the house built on a tricky section, our experience and expertise clarified their options.

The end result
