Baby’s on the way! We renovated this Half Moon Bay home to give an expanding family more space and room to move.

The challenge

With baby #3, the owners needed another room and more space for relatives visiting regularly from overseas. Making the best use of the challenging area, we extended the new master bedroom, put in a new ensuite and transformed the existing rooms to make everything fit. With a time limit, permits to arrange, project management and a tricky space to work with, there was plenty going on!

The end result

Baby arrived five weeks early! We had a few niggly things to finish off once the little one was here but our clients are now thrilled with their renovations.
