With the owner overseas, we worked remotely using Skype, phone calls and emails to ensure transparent communication from start to finish. With plenty of ideas on the list, our client was about to blow his budget, so we needed to be clear on what could and couldn’t be done.
The client made a conscious decision to increase the budget once he knew the scope. We built a new deck, kitchen and bathroom, flooring, painted the interior, put in a back and front door, installed an air conditioning unit, bedroom heater and made sure the entire property complied with the latest regulations as a healthy home standard. “The result is outstanding and we’re really happy with it!” Watch this video to hear more from this happy client.

Russ, Jen and the entire crew were an absolute pleasure to work with! They came into a flood damaged home, with half walls missing and have worked alongside us to create a modern and upgraded home to our dreams! As our first time renovating they really have made it easy for us to renovate in the future and we even picked up some new skills along the way from the team!
