The project

An internal renovation, external re-roofing and extension of the deck on this beautiful Kingsland villa. We extended the entire living area, completely opening up the space.

The challenge

With the roof in dire need of an overhaul, this job was a major in more ways than one. We re-wired the house, replaced the entire roof, repainted and put in solar panels. To open up the villa’s backyard to suit the client’s love of the outdoors, we built a sensational new deck and stairs. Plus, we gave it an internal makeover with brand new kitchen, living area and bathroom.

The end result

We’d worked with this client before, helping bring his former home to compliance so he could sell. In the process, we became good mates. When he decided to buy a new house, we went along to give it the once over. When he bought the house, we set to work finding an architect, advising on budget and eventually building. “I’m stoked with the result and wouldn’t use any other builder.”
